Daniel Anderson

Visionary Founder

Daniel Anderson is the visionary founder of Anderson Foundation for Special Needs a pioneering non-profit dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with special needs. With a deep commitment to inclusivity and empowerment, Daniel Anderson has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at providing essential resources, advocacy, and support for families and individuals navigating the complexities of special needs.

With a background in entrepreneurship and business, Daniel Anderson combines professional experience with personal passion, driving the organization’s mission to create a more equitable and supportive community.

Daniel Anderson continues to inspire change and champion the rights of individuals with special needs, embodying a steadfast dedication to making a meaningful difference in the world.

Marian N. Kwakye

Director/Secretary

Marian is the Regional Director of the FASYL Technology Group. She is a well seasoned Information Technology Sales Expert with several years of experience in Business Development and Sales.

She also has managerial skills in recruiting, training, coaching & supervising personnel; and was a vital member of the Training and Education Committee of LOAG. She has successfully sold several IT solutions to top organizations over the years.

She is a Finance Graduate from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, with a Masters Degree in Peace, Security and Conflict from Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center. Her interests and focus is in providing value and solving the IT problems of organizations with FASYL’s wide range of IT solutions.

Maxwell Akornor

Executive Director

Maxwell Akornor serves as the Executive Director of Anderson Foundation for Special Needs, where he leads with a profound dedication to advancing the well-being and inclusion of individuals with special needs. With a robust background in nonprofit management, social services,  Maxwell Akornor brings a wealth of experience to the role, driving strategic initiatives that enhance the organization’s impact and reach.

He is known for implementing innovative programs, securing significant funding, fostering community partnerships, and his leadership is characterized by a commitment to excellence and a deep empathy for the community served.

Naana Frimpong

Director

Dedicated and compassionate leader with a strong background in administration, human resources, and management. Proven track record of driving positive change and empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. Specializing in training and development as a consultant, Naana brings expertise and passion to her role as Director of the Anderson Foundation for Special Needs. A dynamic and engaging public speaker, Naana inspires and motivates audiences to take action and make a difference.
